Fort Myers, FL, November 7th, 2018… The physicians of Oncology/Hematology of Loudoun and Reston (OHLR), Drs. Rangappa Rajendra, Manoel Moraes, and Jeffrey White, are pleased to announce that medical oncologist Dr. Marianne Barnhill has joined the leading community oncology/hematology practice in Lansdowne, VA. A division of American Oncology Partners, PA, OHLR has office locations in Lansdowne, at 44055 Riverside Parkway, Suite 224, Reston, at 1860 Town Center Drive, Suite 120 and a satellite office in Dulles, located at 24430 Stone Springs Boulevard, Suite 515. Effective November 5th, 2018, Dr. Barnhill will be practicing at the Lansdowne and Reston locations.

With more than 20 years of oncology experience, Dr. Barnhill is Board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology/hematology and has a special interest in breast and lung cancers. Dr. Barnhill earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (San Antonio, TX), and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the Washington Hospital Center (Washington, DC). After her residency, Dr. Barnhill was awarded a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the Washington Hospital Center (Washington, DC) and Louisiana State University Medical Center (Shreveport, LA). 
As a cancer researcher, Dr. Marianne Barnhill is actively engaged in clinical studies and has been published in several peer-reviewed journals.
