As Chief Financial Officer of American Oncology Network, LLC (AON), Nathan Walcker oversees finance and accounting operations, business planning and investments, and fiscal compliance policy and practices.
Walcker brings more than a decade of domain expertise and transaction experience to AON, having advised emerging growth and multi-national healthcare companies on the evaluation and execution of strategic capital investments and growth opportunities. Prior to joining AON, Walcker served as a member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s healthcare investment banking group in New York.
After earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from Columbia University, he started his career on the trading floor at Merrill Lynch. He later received his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and has since held senior leadership positions as an investment banker and strategic advisor.
His community service reflects his deep commitment to assisting and advocating for individuals with disabilities and those who are homeless. He is also a frequent contributor and benefactor of animal welfare activities. Nathan and his wife, Chelsea, have one daughter and an adopted rescue dog, Bailey.
