Granola Bars
Ingredients
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix the peanut butter and honey in a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir in the oats and protein powder. Fold in the chocolate.
- Press mixture into an 8 x 8 inches non-stick pan.
- Freeze for one hour.
- Cut into eight bars.
